    Hello all,

Probably a simple thing but I do not know how.

I have 2 W2k3 servers. How do I go about setting up a subdomain and
pointing it to an IIS site?

ex. http://www.mydomain.com navigates to the main site

    and I would like:

http://forum.mydomain.com to navigate to my forum site.

    Thanks in advance,
    Eben

  2. John,
You are not really setting up a sub domain just adding a host to the
    existing domain,
Just add an A record to mydomain.com called forum and give it the
appropriate IP address. Then in IIS add the host header of your new web site
    as forum.mydomain.com
