    Hello,

I am setting up a new directory structure on a windows
2003 server and need to setup share/ntfs permissions on a
host of folders/subfolders and files. I have many users
who will need full control ntfs permissions on many
files....however, I don't want them to be able to create
folders and subfolders in this new share. I know that
Full-control allows this.....is there a way to give full-
controll and deny just the ability to create folders and
    subfolders?

    Thanks,
    Julie

With Modify permissions they are able to create subfolders. You have to deny
Create folders from Advanced security settings.
