I can't get Windows Media Player 10 to recognize my Creative Labs Nomad
Jukebox Zen Xtra. Based on some of the posts I've read, it looks like others
are having this problem too. Does anyone have an answer?

I am running Windows Media Player on Windows XP.

Windows Explorer, Real Player 10 and the software that comes with the player
    all recognize the device.

I sent an email to Creative Labs, but they just blew me off saying they
"don't support" Windows Media Player, blah, blah, blah . . .
