One trick I have found as a work around (occasionally www.microsoft.com
takes FOREVER to connect to from here too) is just do a google search and
hit the cached page. Its like a backdoor right on in. Doesn't always work,
but it has 99% of the time for me. Heck, if you google search precisely
enough, you can get straight to the page you need to be at!

There's always another way......may not be a good one, but always another
    one....

Weird, I cleared the ISA server cache and my IE cache and no joy.

  4. Ok... how about flushing the DNS cache on the server. And if you're trying
to access from a workstation, maybe flush the workstation DNS cache:
    ipconfig /flushdns

Does your ISP offer any additional DNS servers you can try as forwarders?
    (or maybe try Verizon's DNS servers: 4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.2, 4.2.2.3)

  5. First, I have noticed of late that sometimes in going to the Microsoft site,
I've had to hit refresh to get the page to display.

Second, there is a VB script with SBS called deleteall.vbs - which clears
out the web cache for ISA.
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;301471

And third, you might check to see if your ISP provider might have something
screwed up. Mine (Verizon) swore up and down that their DNS servers were
correct, turns out that of their 4 DNS servers, two had been updated
correctly, two had not. Once I sent them proof, they had it fixed
    immediately.
