Ctrl-L should go to location bar; Ctrl-O should be the dialog-box

Right now you're burning a Ctrl key by duplicating functions. Ctrl-L and
Ctrl-O do the same thing, opening an "open" dialog box. Only Ctrl-O should
do that. Ctrl-L should go directly to the location bar.

I know that Alt-D does that, but (a) what in the world does "D" stand for?
It doesn't make sense; and (b) Alt keys are awkward for touch typists,
whereas Ctrl keys are barely different from Shift.

L: Location, Location Bar, etc. Please use it... everyone else does.
