Hello, i like the program, but what i absolutely don't like is that i cannot
check my spelling when writing in Czech.

I've read all the tips here, but i just have in options 4 languages to
choose (English, Deutsch,..) and no Czech.

Can i somewhere get the Czech spelling dictionary? If not, i'm afraid i'd
have to switch to Thunderbird, which i don't like so much.
Please, help me! I am desperate.

    The latest version (14.0.8064.0206, from
    http://download.live.com/wlmail ) includes a Czech spellchecker. If
you're connected to the Internet and online when you start the
program, you should have the option to install the Czech proofing
tools at [Tools>] Options > Spelling.

    ..
Make sure which email/newsreader program you are using. The Windows
Mail program that comes with Vista allows spelling checks in only 4
languages, not including Czech, and there are no plans to add more.
The Windows Live Mail program already allows more; Czech is included.
This program can be downloaded here:

Some old versions of it used the name Windows Live Mail Desktop
    instead.

I found out that i had a version 12, so i suppose that was the problem. I
updated to 14 and czech spelling is working. Thank you both!

But i don't like the look of the program now - all the nice icons
dissapeared. Do you know how to give them back?

That's good - thanks for reporting back.
You can't get the icons back - they were taken away for version 14,
and it's probably going to stay that way.

If you want a more professional appearance purchase Outlook or an Office
Suite containing Outlook, and the Czech language pack to get your Czech
    spelling.

  7. But the norwegian spell check is not there!!!

I have been lurking the net to find a solution, but in vain.
I think I migrate to Thunderbird!

I don't know how old the thread is, but the current post was asking for
    norwegian.
