The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{9DA0E103-86CE-11D1-8699-00C04FB98036} to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID
(S-1-5-18). This security permission can be modified using the Component
    Services administrative tool.

have gone to dcomcfg but can not find this id anywhere

Wang, as a matter of interest, did you start receiving DCOM error after
rebooting, following installing some server updates?

Not sure what you mean by "dcomcfg" but I sorted out a similar issue by
opening Admin Tools, loading the Component Services snap-in, Expanding
Component Services/Computers/My Computer and looking at the DCOM config ID
list.. I found my problem CLSID and was able to amend the security
permissions through the object's properties tab.
