Deleting Temporary Internet Files

    I have Vista software, and I would like to delete temporary internet files.
    I did this before, but didn't write down the directiions.
    Please help . .

    Open IE7>Tools>Internet Options>Delete history, cookies, files, etc

    Hello debarybabs,
    Try this :-
    Control Panel>Classic View>Internet options>under Browsing history,
    click Delete> now you can delete Temp Internet Files
