We are testing Group Policy and testing wallpapers (on a mixture of 2000 and
    XP machines).

I have created a logo.bmp and put it in a shared folder that everyone has
    read access to.

The following policies have been set:
    User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Desktop Active Desktop\Active
Desktop Wallpaper - Enabled and the path to the bitmap

    User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Desktop Active Desktop\Enable
Active Desktop - Enabled (the explanation to the above policy says that this
    setting needs to be enabled)

    User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Desktop Active Desktop\Prohibit
changes - Enabled (to stop users changing the wallpaper once it has been set)

This is working fine on most PCs but I have a number of PCs where the users
desktop is being set to their Homepage (of IE). I know where this setting is
(Display Properties\Desktop Tab - Customize Desktop - Web tab) but I cannot
fathom out why they are not picking up the specified bitmap. Permissions are
ok - has anyone got any ideas.

    Thanks.

I cannot see anything that I have missed (from the article). I mention the
    policies that have been set.

    Any other ideas?
