    Can I run this command:

    dfsutil /PurgeMupCache

on the server while users are logged on and actively using the Server?

Or must I have everyone sign off from the Server, run this command, then
    have them log back on.

As I look into the Application log on all the client machines, I'm finding
many errors relating to error codes 1517 and 1053. Some of these users are
being asked to authenticate to the server every time they access a network
resorce (Mapped drive, Intranet) and some can't print to network printers.

After reading other posts with similar issues, this command was recommended
    to use.

So... can I run it safely when users are on the system?
