I need to update to at least service pack 2 to install Norton software I
downloaded. I tried to go to updates and when I clicked on the download
service pack 2 or 3 it directs me to a link for Mac products, when I have a
PC. I called the service ppl and they said they couldnt help me but at least
gave me the heads up that I had to install the service pack 2 before I could
install service pack 3. Can anyone let me know why it wont allow me to get on
the correct site to even see the download? Why Does it think I have a Mac?
And, most importantly, what can I do about it?

    site."
