When I send mail, the timestamp is correct, but when I receive mail, th
time is three hours off. for example, if I send at 11.45 am, it read
correctly, but when I receive a message sent at 10.00 am it read
    7.00am. Please help. Thanks

Right click on the clock in the Sys tray>adjust date & time>then select
'change time zone', set it to your region.

  3. Your PC has the Eastern time zone (GMT -0500), but it may not
have the Daylight Saving option checked.
