Disk Full Message on Network Drive when plenty of HD space is avai

    I have a user that when they try and save or copy any type of document to the
    network drive they are told Disk is Full, however their is plenty of HD space
    on the server(over 10GB). Anyone else can go on and save without getting
    this error. We had this same issue last year and we worked around it by
    creating this user a new login id and network folder. I was t hinking that
    possibly that the AD user profile was corrupted or something. Surely thier
    is another answer other than just creating them a new login account. Any
    thoughts or suggestions on this one?

    The server is win2003 and the workstation is win xp sp2

    Their is not a disk quota tab (we are on win 2003 server). The user can try
    and save in her folder or other location on the server and she gets the same
    message. So is the quota for "anywhere on the HD" or just for her personal
