Something is seriously shot with my computer....I posted
a message back on the 4th of December...the reply was
greatly appreciated...but when I attempt to do this:
    Start > Run
    Type "regsvr32 softpub.dll" (without quotes)
    Press ok.
    Should receive a succeeded message.

    Repeat above steps for:
    wintrust.dll
    initpki.dll
    dssenh.dll
    gpkcsp.dll
    sccbase.dll
    slbcsp.dll
    cryptdlg.dll

...my computer prompts that it cannot open the file and to
attempt opening with a program on the computer or use the
web service to find the appropriate program....
I've checked the internet options and the security tab
with custom level for the ActiveX problem...but the
message still prompts...and theres still no luck of
getting into my MSN....this is my last plea....please
    help me!!

You're not suppose to open the files, only register the files. What
    operating system are you running?
What happens when you register the following file:
Go to the "Start: button and select "Run"
    In the "Open" field
    Type "regsvr32 softpub.dll" (without quotes)
Press "OK" Should receive a succeeded message.

Please let me know if this is not the case.
