Hey guys. When I do an nslookup on my DNS servers (primary and secondary) I
get the following 'Cant find server name for address x.x.x.x : server failed
Default server: unknown address: x.x.x.x '

The address it lists is the current DNS server i'm on. I just set up my
secondary DNS. Is it possible I did something wrong. Does it imply that it
    also isnt' working anymore? Thanks.

  2. Hi Mark,

What the message means is that your DNS server is unable to execute a
reverse lookup of the IP address x.x.x.x. A reverse lookup gives you a name
from an IP address. A forward lookup gives you an IP address when you input
a name. Not all IP addresses have forward DNS, so this is not always a
problem. However, DNS servers almost always have a reverse lookup name
(reverse lookup name is also called a PTR record, which is short for
"pointer" record). Therefore, you might have entered the IP address
    incorrectly.
