Do not distinguish between command bar items and menu items.

    I had configured IE6 to give me a single menu bar with all the items i use on
    it.
    this provided the best available use of screen space for my use.

    Your new design consumes at least THREE lines of screen area, to obtain the
    same functionality.

    I can provide screen shots to show this if you want them.

    I know that Microsoft will eventually require me to "upgrade" to IE 7, so
    PLEASE give me at least equivalent function.
