Im running a SBS 2003 Premium SP1 fully patched server. Recently we have
started receiving a number of USERENV error messages 1030 and 1058. The 1058
error indicates that the format of the specificed network name is invalid. If
I attempt to browse to \\domain.local\sysvol i get about a 50% chance of
success. I am also getting some errors when I attempt to run the GPO results
wizard along the same lines. I found this problem when I could not write to
an FTP site. I went into ISA and ensured the READ ONLY check boxes were not
checked. Everything looks good there but I still cannot write to an internal
or external FTP site. I think these two problems are related in that the
Firewall Client on the desktop is not being updated by GPO to allow me to
    access them.

    Ideas?

Of course its shared. It is a default system share and since we can access it
about 50% of the time it has to be shared. I checked the share permisions and
    security and everything looks correct.
