  1. Dont see a evt callback fn for processing IRP_MN_CANCEL_REMOVE_DEVICE.

    Is it not reqd with kmdf? Does framework make this obsolete?

    Didn't you ask this exact question over on the ntdev email list, and
    did you not get a direct answer from one of the KMDF developers?

    The answer is no you do not need to handle this request as the
    framework handles it for you.
