Downloaded update and now can't access any passport site

    Help .. I've tried everything on the support site, deleted temp internet files, reinstalling update ... first it says it's not logo certified and can't install, then it keeps looping to say reinstall. I have not been able to access my email, messenger, or secure sites since ... someone please help!
