Dragging URL no URL Title just the URL itself

    This is very frustrating,
    Using IE7 and now IE8, when I drag a URL to my desktop I just get part of
    the URL itself, 'Default' usually, as the shortcut's name rather than the
    Title of the Web Page as I do when I use another computer's browser.

    However, If I right click on the web page and use the 'create shortcut' the
    shortcut is named properly with the web page title.

    Any ideas before I reinstall ?
