AFAIK DVB-S is not currently supported in MCE 2005 via internal cards.

DVB-T is working via internal PCI card in the UK. BDA drivers are required
(these aren't always supplied with DVB-T cards, but are often downloadable
    from the websites of manufacturers)

I've got a Nova-T working, BlackGolds are also reported to work well.

(There are two versions of the Nova-T - I've got the old one, but the new
one is better supported. Mine is working fine in MCE though)

Nebula cards still not compatible AIUI.

Not sure about DVB-T compatibility in other European countries like Germany,
    The Netherlands, Spain etc.

Other option is to use an external set top box and an analogue capture card.
