I have Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail 2011. I can receive e-mails with
pictures, but I cannot send I or forward the pictures.
I always get the message that the text in the e-mail can be sent but not the
pictures. With he same program 6 months ago I could do it.
Any one has an idea of how to sent the pictures?
    Thanks .

What type of email account is it? Your Roadrunner account or another account?
Are you attaching the pictures as attachments or inserting them into a rich text
    message (HTML)?
Are you signed into Windows Live Mail with a Microsoft Account?
Do note that you are posting to a "dead" newsgroup that no longer originates on
the Microsoft servers. It is only carried by those nntp providers and ISPs that
do not honor the remove group messages.

I have Road Runner. I am not attaching pictures either.
The problem is: I receive e-mails with pictures or drawings etc. I think
they are interesting or funny. When I try to forward the e-mail to friends,
I always get the notice: "pictures not found. Do you want to send the e-mail
    without them?"
Are there two Windows Live Mail programs? One with Road Runner and another
    with Microsoft?
The program should be the same regardless of what Server I have.
    Any info about these questions?
    Thanks.

Microsoft has got its own Windows Live Mail that can attach and forward
pictures if it is configured correctly. I don't know anything about
Road Runner but I don't think they are allowed to distribute Microsoft's
Windows Live Mail because Microsoft is careful about viruses and
Malwares that could be distributed by rogue distributors.

You can use Microsoft Windows Live Mail or You can use Thunderbird to
read and send your email on Road Runner or any other ISPs.

    Good luck.

There is one Windows Live Mail, though there are different versions.
When you use Windows Live Mail you have the option to sign in with the LiveID
(now called a Microsoft Account). If you have not set that up, do so and see if
    the pictures issue goes away.
