No real rhyme or reason here, but after a couple to three minutes navigating
through MCE 2005, it will crash with the following error:

ehshell.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
    Process id=0xa18 (2584), Thread id=0xa24 (2596).

The Process id and Thread id changes all the time, but the basic message is
the same. I already have MCE 2005 roll-up 2 with I thought was supposed to
fix the navigation crash problem. I also have the latest video (ATI Radeon
9600TX card), sound (Audigy 2ZS) & hardware drivers all around. The box
screams and everything runs great - until it crashes. I can play DVDs,
videos, listen to MP3s, navigate pictures, etc. For no apparent reason, I'll
be navigating through the "My DVDs" or "Online Spotlight" and MCE will crash
and burn. CPU utilization looks fine, memory is great - have over a gig free
    when the crash occurs.

These are the steps I've taken - keep in mind, this is a freshly installed
box - just last week - no frills on it at all. Also, it never crashes while
I'm watching TV, listening to music or playing a DVD. It only crashes when
I'm navigating - sounds crazy, but that's all I'm doing when it goes down.

    1. Verified the latest version of the ATI Catalyst package - 6.1
    2. Latest version of TV Tuner cards - Hauppauge WinTV-150-MCE cards (x2)
    3. Current version of Audigy 2ZS card
    4. Latest DVD Codec from ATI installed
    5. All Windows updates including XP SP2 and MCE 2005 Roll-up 2 with all
    subsequent updates.

I'm at a loss as to what to try next. Any thoughts would be greatly
