Electronic Program Guide (EPG) Stopped Workin

    I just recently purchased a Dell XPS Gen 4 system with Media Center and
    things were fine for the 1st few weeks. Now when I try to update the Program
    Guide, I get nothing but "No Data Available" on all channels.

    Upon contacting Dell Support (As required by Microsoft) I was left with only
    one option; Do a complete System Restore.... Afterwards, I went through the
    Media Center Setup Wizard and I still get the same thing - No Data Available.
    I've even tried using a zip code in another state and I get the same
    results. Even though the program indicates a successful download of the
    Program Guide, I still am not getting any data.

    Since it use to work and I'm now with a clean, out of the box, computer I
    have even Dell Tech Support baffled.

    Is there a way to determine if a Service Outage is affecting the EPG
    downloads??

    Any assistance would be much appreciated.....

    Make sure you have the correct date and time set on your computer...this
    same thing happened to me.
