Today while sending an email, my system shut down to reboot due to download
of updated software. The email being sent appears to have gone thru, but a
copy of it is in the outbox showing an error. I've tried deleted the email
and it tells me error. No other emails have been allowed out since this

For undeletable mail, download and install this hotfix, with Windows Mail
    not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether you have a 32-bit version
of Windows or a 64-bit version, try the hotfix for the 32-bit version

Hello, Diane. If your e-mail was sent out successfully, there would not
be a "copy" in the out-box. It does not work that way. you can confirm
that by click open the SENT folder. If the e-mail in question was sent,
it would be listed here, if not , it never did.
As to the un-deletetable message, click the link (Brink's tutorial),
    see if it helps.
