Empty account syncs OTA but not an account with content.

  1. Hey!

    We've had problems for some time now, and the admins (unfortunately for
    me the servers is placed in another country) seems to be stumped.

    if they create new account and have it setup to sync OTA and it's empty
    (ie. no content is being synched) it works.

    When I, or when one of us using WM5 devices tries it, we get the hateful
    Support COde: 85010014 (ActiveSync Encountered and Error on the server)
    and this is regardless of method (OTA or via ActiveSYnc on our computers)

    We've searched the ned for a solution, but nothing seems to be working.
    Is this a known error? (this error is appearing regardless of SSL or no

    I've had my OTA-sync working on our previous "exchange"-provider and the
    only, main, difference between the two are that in regular Outlook we
    have a Proxyserver - which is the same as the OWA server...

    Could this botch it up? Is there a way to set "msstd:webmail.domain.ltd"
    in ActiveSync?

    I really love my phone but I'm missing being alerted all the time...
