    Hi,

I accidentally encountered one simple UI bug which is possibly due to some
missing string resource in IE 7.0 in Windows XP SP2. When I right clicked in
a HTTPS web page and clicked properties -> ceritificates and tried installing
the certificate which was not from a trusted CA, one empty message box has
popped up with title as "Error". But the certificate was installed
successfully. Similar empty message box has appeared when the certificate was
    removed too.
The account I was logged on was a limited user account.
I am not sure whether this is a XP related problem or IE 7.0 related
    problem.

Also I noticed that this problem doesn't occur in case of user with
administrative privileges in XP SP2. That means some error message specific
to access control is displayed empty.
