I have my email set to empty the Delete Folder when email is closed but the
folder does not empty. When I try to delete by clicking on it and selecting
'Empty Delete Folder' I get a message asking if I want to delete the message,
I click on yes and only the message that is highlighted is deleted. The
remainder stays. What do I need to do?

    Thanks!

Try to highlight all of them and click delete.

  3. If you keep telling it, then eventually it will work.

Thanks for responding Steve. I kept hitting delete and responding the
confirmation message around 20 times until I got an unexpected error.

Thanks Ed. I did highlight all the messages and then clicked delete. Only
    the first message deletes.

I have exactly the same problem as I posted already to get help.
Naturally I've read lots of lots threads with the same issue before
and I tried everything, but nothing helped. :(
If somebody have another or new idea, please let us know!!!!!!

  7. Try CTRL-A and then hit delete or Shift-Delete.
