Getting the C00D11B3 error on windows media player 10 when trying to stream a
radio show. Here are the details:

    Error Message ID: C00D11B3
    Content: http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/roots/mod_windows/roots.asx
    WMP Version: 10.00.00.3646
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002, SP2
WMP Network settings: Protocols are all checked, and set to autodetect.

I'm connected using a Cable Modem, installed not that long ago (maybe 6
    weeks).
I have Norton Firewall running and am using Norton Security 2004 / Norton
    Antivirus 2004.
I've tried running the mplayer2.exe and also cannot connect. In this case,
    following errors are shown:

    Could not connect to server:
    mmsu://media3.abc.net.au/triple-j/mod/roots_56S.asf. Please see the help
    file. (Error=C00D0006)

    Cannot open 'http://media3.abc.net.au/triple-j/mod/roots_56S.asf'.
    (Error=800704C9)

Cannot open. Please verify that the path and filename are correct and try
    again. (Error=800704C9)
