Error C00D11B3 When trying to listen to internet radio on Vista

I have tried connecting to an internet radio site for a friend who got a new
computer with Vista on it. Every computer that has Vista gives the same
error and any computer with XP works fine with this stream. I compared
configuration between the Vista and XP to make sure they were identical.

My friend is trying to listen to their son play baseball at college on this
radio station http://www.am850.com/am850.asx. I have tried other streaming
radio stations without problems on the same machines.

I have tried 3 Vista machines and 2 XP machines. It give the error on Vista
and works find on XP. I have tried a dsl connection, dial-up connection, and
a dual T-1 connection all with the same results.

Any assistance with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what they're using to broadcast this offhand...

 

Yes, I tried this address on Vista and XP. XP connects and Vista does not.
I even did XP in a Virtual PC on Vista and got it to work.

Any other idea, the radio station has not responed to my e-mail.
