Error code: 0x52F Security update for MS excel 2003(KB943985)v2

    I kept getting error code :0x52F when trying to install Security Update for
    Microsoft Office Excel 2003(KB943985)v2. My Microsoft office is the 2003
    version. My computor has Microsoft Window XP, home edition version 2002
    service pack 2.
    The first version of this update (KB943985) went fine on March11
    automatically, but this v2 is not updating for me.

    Please advise.
