Last night, I was importing files I had downloaded from
Kazaa when all of a sudden, out of nowhere, the power in
my house shut off. So, I turned the computer back on and
started to continue where I left off before the power
went off when a message popped up saying "Windows Media
Player cannot import the playlist to the Media Library
because the playlist is empty." So, I tried another
file, thinking it just might have been THAT file, but
NOPE!! They were all like that! I tried looking for
more help by clicking on the icon, but when I got to the
page, it said "sorry no help is available for this
problem at this time." So, after rebooting (sp?) the
computer a few times, I decided to just call it a night
and try today. Well, things are no different today (I
even tried downloading new songs). So, here I am, with
my problem desperately hoping for help because my family
and I burn cd's constantly. Please reply--I'd appreciate
    it alot. Thanks!!
