Error installing KB958215

    Windows update always fail installing KB958215 update.

    I disabled antirus and firewall but update still fails, I even downloaded
    the update
    manually as .exe and run it but I get error saying the files in the
    package is incompatible with my system, I have made sure it's the correct
    update for IE7 + XP

    LOOK!! => If your problem relates to a Cumulative Security Update for IE,
    call the above number and ask to be transferred to the "Consumer IE queue"
    (which is 47830).
