error when I accepted the invitation from User_name to start using Remote Assistance through Interne

    After I accepted the invitation from User_name to start using Remote
    Assistance.

    It always displayed "connecting to ***"

    make ur the person on the other side has ENABLED msn
    messenger or windows messenger to work with his/her
    firewall. also try this:

    Click Start
    click Control Panel

    Click Network and Internet connections

    click Network Connections

    Right-click on ur net connection

    Click Properties

    UNCHECK QoS Packet Scheduler

    Now reboot and try accept it again

    also tell the person on the other side to do this
