I have a new SBS 2003 R2 installation which had problems with Backup Exec 10.1. That is now fixed but noticed the server was slow Decided to install all microsoft updates and upgrade Exchange server to SP 2 Since then have had lots of errors in the application event viewer (none in the system) The errors are 1030 and 1006 cannot bind to local domain The task manager shows 50% of the cpu being used by wmiprvse.exe Occasionaly winlogon.exe takes the rest of the cpu time so the server is stuck at cpu showing 100% usage! I have worked all day today on this (my customer is on holiday) I have been connected remotely to the server but have made little progress. It is obviously a problem with group policy but i have been unable to find or fix this. I am turning in now to get some sleep and am hoping that by morning someone has posted some help? Looking forward to checking in in the morning I have three more days untill my customer is back at work so hope i can find a fix by then Oh almost forgot also had error 13568 Ntfrs domain system volume (sysvol share) is in JRNL_WRAP_ERROR but have fixed this with KB 315457
