Exchange mailbox not created

  1. I just added a new user into SBS 2003. Everthing went well (did
    connectcomputer) but when I try to open up Outlook, it can not resolve the
    name. I looked at the Exchange management and see that the mailbox is not
    listed. How would I add the mailbox at this pont? The user does appear in
    Active directory with a valid e-mail address.

    Thanks for any assistance.
