Exchange SP4 creates license shortage

    I am starting the process of migrating from SBS 4.5 to a
    new server running SBS 2003. As part of the process, the
    migration guide recommended that I install Exchange 5.5 SP
    4 before migrating mailboxes, etc. After installing the
    service pack and restarting Exchange, some of my Outlook
    users are receiving an error message to the effect that
    there are not enough licenses available to. How can I fix
    this?

  2. Hi Cliff,

    Make sure that the user use the Shut down and Log off option when they close
    Outlook, in stead of just closing it.
