explorer.exe Application Error: The instruction at "0x7c92ae22" referenced
memory at "0x18000000". The memory could not be read.
CRASH explorer.exe. Repeatable ad infinitum. Blocks ability to manipulate,
copy, or move files from folder to folder. (Turns otherwise great computer
    into a doorstop.)
    Please advise.

  2. I'd be looking at explorer add-ons first (eg things like WinZip that add
    entries to the contextual menu).

Secondly, the workaround is to launch a command prompt for file operations
    in the meantime.
