Since you haven't included which edition of Windows and what Service
Pack level the OS is now on, contact MS for no-charge support in getting
    these updates installed.

From both of the updates KB articles:

    ProBro,

0x80070005 is an Access Denied message usually associated with a
    Permissions issue.
Check the KB968816.log, located in %windir%, to see if you can spot
where the Permissions issue is occurring.
Not sure if a similar installation log is created for KB967723, so
suggest you check to see if it was and what it may show.

Are you the Sys Admin ?
