  2. Try to repair your OS as following:
    http://www.windowsreinstall.com/windows2000/Repair/index.htm
It's also good for Winserver 2003.

  4. Repair not overwrite your data on the server.
Anyway I always suggest to do a backup before, but I means you cannot do it,
    isn't it?

  6. i have backup but cannot access it because it is on the server i
    Ok, well!
Start server within OS cd-rom. Do a repair as a document shows you. If you
lose data you can proceed to restore from backup.

  10. Before to proceed (I'm afraid you must to rebuild your RAID and consequence
your entire server) I need to know if you succeed to run the server in safe
    mode and do logon.

log on fails and it reboots

  12. Situation is critical and require more resource. I suggest you to contact a
system engineer for a job on site.
I don't want to suggest to rebuild raid and reinstall OS from scratch before
    a technical supervisioning.
