Fax jammed

I have a number of faxes in the outbox of the shared fax with status
pending.
If I right-click resume and restart are greyed out, pause is enabled.
How can I restart these faxes ?

 

Hi Arthur,

Check to make sure all of the Fax services are started in Services and none
have the status of Starting or Stopping.

Also check the application log for fax related errors.

Thanks for the suggestions.
There was a problem which is now fixed. It was a domain permissions problem
but these faxes that are jammed pre-date the resolution of the issue. All
faxes are now working fine but I cannot restart the ones that are stuck in
the queue. Options to restart are greyed out.
