Feature That Provides File Info on Mouse-Over?

    There is a feature in Vista that causes key file info to pop up in
    small window as you mouse over a file. It was working on my Vista 6
    laptop until I had to reinstall the OS. Now it is missing.

    Does anyone know how I reset the feature to cause the mouse-over windo
    to reappear
