The kernel file shredder tool is equipped with powerful data erasing algorithms that entirely wipe out the target files and its backups from the computer’s hard disk. This utility can be applied for the deleted sensitive data which can be recovered from the hard disk at any time with the help of data recovery programs. This utility works only on fixed storage media like as computer hard drive and helps to permanently remove files and folders from temporary internet files, Recycle Bin and internet cookies from the system. You can download this software from here

Microsoft offers a free command line utility – SDelete (Secure Delete) – that overwrites all the free space to prevent data recovery.
