Find Custom Search dialog - Edit Query custom field

    Hello,

    first - is there a method how to create for example explorer shortcut to
    open Active Directory Find Custom Search dialog box as can be opened when
    using AD Users and Computers console? I cannot get it EASILY through START
    button.

    second (and more important) - how to add some field to the list of common
    fields - into the Custom Search dialog box, when I click on the "Edit Query"
    button and then on the "Field" button?
