Firewalls and SP2?

I received the SP2 update then did a disk clean and defrag. Everything seems
to be working ok, except the firewall features. I cannot access the internet
or use mail with either Windows firewall activated or my Zone alarm firewall
activated. I get the "page cannot be found on IE" My mail won't receive or I
cannot send it out. I tried turning ZA off and turning Windows Firewall on.
That didn't work. I tried turning Windows FW off and ZA on, and that didn't
work either. The only way I can access the internet is have no firewalls on
at all. Anyone know what this could be or what settings I can fool with.
    Thanks. ~Pixelated

Just wanted to say I found the fix to my problem. If anyone else has the
problem, I had to go into Zone Alarm and "allow" "Generic Host Process for
Win32" in the Program Control Section. I blocked that when ZA popped it up
because I didn't know what it was. So, now everything is working good--so
far. I also had to go into Outlook Express (even though I use Incredimail)
and click tools/accounts/properties/connection/and check "always connect
using my "LAN" account. That was turned off. ~Pixelated
