    P.S.

Sorry I was anxious to reply to you and rushed myself.
I just found a link to submit inquiry from the home page
you posted here. (on the small top portion third from left)
I will try to send my inquiry to see if they can help me.
It may be that the web owner has to contact them, not me
    but I will try anyway.
Thank you for helping me finding this site.

With Internet Explorer go there :
    http://www.ijapan.org/blue/

    then replace "jp.youtube.com" by http://bbs.cgiboy.com/Custom/BBS/0215272
    , click "go" .

    It worked for me .

Thank you for replying so quickly !
I tried the site you posted here.
(by the way, thank you for posting it for me.
    your effort is very appreciated.)
I did replace "youtube" address with
    the web address.
and it showed up saying in Japanese
" the web site does not exist."
    I wonder why..
(I know and you know it does exist.)
It worked for you but not for me...
Perhaps it has something to do with location
    or IPS ?
    I have no clue.
Anyway, thank you for being so helpful.

    Hello,
This is an update of the outcome.
I had my sister contact the webmaster about the issue.
The webmaster contacted the web server and
found out that for some reason access from overseas
were blocked all of sudden. (still investigating at a moment)
So the webmaster have created a new web address
    for his BBS.
Now I can access the new web site.
I want to thank all of people who took time to
give me an advice regarding this issue.
    I appreciate it very much.
