Brief summary: We have Two forests:

    1) Windows 2003 Forest
    2) Windows 2000 Forest

Created a shred folder in 2003 forest
User account/ Groups of 2003 and 2000 forest needs
    to have read/write access.

Built one-way domain trusts between 2003 and 2000.
    ( Total Two trusts)

We are not able to add groups from windows 2000 forest
domain to windows 2003 shared folder. Even not able to see any objects.

Please helpme how to fix this problem/ any configuration
    changes need to be done.

    Thanks much,
    JaganA

What mode is the WIndows 2000 and WIndows 2003 domains in?
What kind of groups are you trying to add ?
Any errors in the Event log on any machine?

May I assume that NetBIOS resolution is functioning properly?
