go to safe mode just hit the f8 key repeatedly as soon as you
turn on your computer. go to safe mode and choose the administrator
account, from that you can recreate your password again.

  3. Here are links to a couple of different password recovery programs. The
first link is a free program that shows how to manually create a password
    recovery CD.

This second link is for a commercial product that automates the process of
    creating the recovery CD.

  4. Hi f/fgeorge

This procedure does not work in Vista the way it worked in XP. The only time
the built-in administrator account will appear in safe mode on Vista is if
there are no other administrator accounts configured on the system or if you
have specifically enabled the built-in admin account, which has to be done
    by an administrator.
