Very confused and know just enough to get myself in trouble. I'll try to be
    brief.
Installed IE7 beta because I love the tab cababilities. However I am having
problems with sites that have fields that you fill in to have a search
performed (i.e. a local property appraiser's website). Different sites are
doing different things but the most defineable is the proper app. website. I
enter a street number, name and designation. When I hit "search" I will come
back with "no data found". The same search done either on my computer
through Netscape or on another computer through ie (either version) will
    produce results.
I have deleted cookies, temp files and anything else I can find.
    I have uninstalled ie7....problem still there with ie6. I reinstalled ie7.
    Problem still there.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. New to forums/newsgroups. If I am not following protocol, please let
    me know.
    Thank You
    Bonnie

    Thanks Sandi. One example is
    http://www.pbcgov.com/papa/aspx/GeneralSearch/GeneralSearch.aspx however it
    is one of many.
Situation is so bad that I feel like I need to uninstall all versions of ie
and then, (here's where my lack of knowledge really shows up) do some sort of
major clean up to the registry. I have already uninstalled ie7 and
reinstalled several times. As mentioned earlier...happening regardless of the
version I use on this computer.
    Thanks again for your assistance!

Sandi, thanks for all of your help. Unfortunately that didn't help. (I
    followed the directions explicitly)

    Sandi:
Under "name" search you can enter any last name that you can think of.
Better off not trying to use a first name at all. For an "address" search
you can enter just a street name (i.e. 1st, Atlantic, Federal, Linton,) you
do not need to enter a number or "street" or "avenue".
My problem has been that ever since whatever happened, happened, nothing
that I enter brings up anything other than "no data found". When the same
information is entered on another computer (or Netscape on my computer) the
searches return information. I have had minimal success with the "name"
portion of the search but absolutely no success with the "address" portion.
Sandi, thank you once again. I truly appreciate all of your help.
