Full Screen doesn't always go full screen.

WMP 9. Windows XP. I have a source with a 4:3 aspect ratio (streaming from
Windows Media Encoder). When I play on a monitor with a 16:9 (or some other
aspect ratio) and tell it to play full screen it doesn't occupy the complete
screen. WMP seems to not want to change the aspect ratio by stretching the
video leaving me with some letter boxes. I want to have the video stretched
to fill the complete screen. Is there a setting to make this happen?

  2. WMP 9 doesn't support any type of aspect ratio changing. WMP 10 however
will provide a bit of support for it through.
